First gracias to my family (dad, mom and sister) for both the light and the shadow… this family container and the Republic of Argentina, which provided and promoted freedom, inquiry and rebellion. Also in deep appreciation for my partner for being my biggest fan and unconditional companion through my multifaceted journey (from the intensity of fight camps to keeping quiet for my daily practices)
Gracias to my former therapist, Helena Roncatti for always believing in me… and the encouragement to begin the path of Yoga.
Forever grateful for the guidance and continuous support from my first Yoga teacher and mentor, Vernette Ayers, who offered the strongest foundation, the most sensible initiation a yogi could have asked for.
Deep gratitude to my alchemical ally and current therapist Courtney Morris for her intuitive wisdom, guidance and inspiration.
And finally, so grateful for my most recent teachers, Tracee Stanley and Dr. Chanti Tacoronte-Perez who have made such a profound impact in me, as a student, as a teacher, a human and ANIMA. Their teachings enabled me to enter the practice of Yoga Nidrā through embodiment and devotion… the deepest and most magical portal to return home.
